1. Objective To study main nosogenic flora of children pneumonia and data analysis of medicine hypersensitive test.

2. Methods We test and analyzed 334 main nosogenic flora of pneumonia patients sputum culture between May 2001 to June 2003 in our hospital.

3. Its homolog gene, DSCAM, is an important nosogenic gene in Town's syndrome.

4. Preliminary location of the nosogenic gene was carried out successfully. It is the foundation of clone of the nosogenic genes and might be widely used for gene diagnosis in the fijture.

5. The positive rate of blood culture was 65. 2%, the commonest nosogenic bacteria was grass green streptococcus (35. 3%).
