2. Conclusion:This surgery doesn′t destroy the anatomic structure of inguinal canal. It′s safe, convenient, minimal invasive and economal, and suitable to extend in primary level hospitals.

3. The mass lesion protruded through the inguinal canal during voiding and disappeared after voiding.

4. The sonogram localized the testis in 12 (18%) of 66 cases, all in the inguinal canal.

5. Testicular descent can get arrested at any point from the renal hilum to the external inguinal ring. Of all the undescended testes, 90% to 95% are low and in the inguinal canal.

6. Inguinal hernia is a protrusion of abdominal contents through the inguinal canal. They are corrected through surgery.

7. Once that the cryptorchidism position was defined, the patients were divided into three groups:low celiac cryptorchidism, high celiac cryptorchidism and cryptorchidism with in the inguinal canal.
