1 Palliative therapy involving cyclophosphamide, vincristine and dacarbazine have been conducted for malignant pheochromocytoma. 131I-MIBG and 123I-MIBG may also be used.

2 No promotive effect was observed when pAG 3 was combined with DTIC ( Dacarbazine ).

3 Among 502 patients enrolled in this clinical trial, half were given Yervoy plus dacarbazine and the other half were given a placebo and chemotherapy.

4 In more than two centuries of exploration in the treatment of melanoma, there has been no effective drugs except dacarbazine.

5 Patients on vemurafenib saw the drug work within 72 hours and 84% of the patients were still alive after six months, compared with 64% of patients getting dacarbazine.
