1. Results:We found some signs are of great importance:opaque glass sign, alveolar nodular sign, pathologic air bronchogram sign.

2. On the left, nodules are so numerous, that an air bronchogram is visible.

3. On images of 23 peripheral lung cancer, the lesions presented lobulated sign(18), spiculated sign(14), pleural indentation(13), vessel convergence(12), and air bronchogram and vacuole sign(4).

4. Of the 24 mixed-type foci in 5 cases, 10 had air bronchogram and 12 had ground-glass opacities.

5. Of the 4 mass-type foci in 3 cases, 3 had air bronchogram sign and 2 had irregular necrosis cavities.

6. Results are of great importance: opaque glass sign , alveolar nodular sign , pathologic air bronchogram sign.

7. Inflammation can be diagnosed as follows: larger lesions, with air and fluid bronchogram, surrounded by a wide range of ground-glass opacity effusion, or multiple patchy lesions.

8. Of the 5 nodule-type foci in 2 cases, 2 had ground-glass opacities and had air bronchogram in nodules.

9. Of the 5 lobar consolidation-type in 3 cases, 5 had air bronchogram, and 2 had ground-glass opacities, and 1 had bronchial lumen obstruction.

10. Results Typical nodules with deep lobulated sign, spiculated sign, vacuole sign, air bronchogram, pleural indentation, and vessel convergence has great value in the diagnosis of malignant SPN.
