(1) Its major character of pathology is parakeratosis of keracytes.

(2) Granular parakeratosis (GP) is an uncommon, benign cutaneous eruption of intertriginous areas that represents a distinctive clinicopathologic entity.

(3) We describe two cases of granular parakeratosis. In case one, the lesions cleared rapidly and completely after botulinum toxin injections to the axillae and groins.

(4) Psoriasis is one of the most common dermatological diseases. Its major character of pathology is parakeratosis of keracytes.

(5) Pathological changes of condyloma are characterized as proliferation, especially dysplasia, hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis.

(6) Pathological changes of the organization, mainly the epidermal cuticle significant parakeratosis, acanthosis cell layer thickening, epidermal sudden downward extension of in-depth dermis.

(7) These findings provide clues to study on the mechanism of parakeratosis.
