1. X-ray cephalometry films were taken before and after treatment, The position of the incisors and sclerous tissues and soft tissues were analyzed.

4. Methods Fifteen craniofacial soft tissue and bony structure variables and 7 upper airway variables were measured in 115 male OSA patients using cephalometry technique.

5. Conclusion Most of the cephalometrical landmarks can be identified successfully, which lays a foundation for the establishment of computerized automatic analysis system of cephalometry.
