1. The puncture to the ischium was from ischium tubercle to the lesions.

2. There were 1 case with ischium metastasis, 2 cases with lung metastasis, and 1 case with metacarpal and lung metastasis.

3. The highest stress was found at the tuberodties of ischium.

4. We denominate the disease as traumatic enthesopathy of the ischium.

5. Objective To discuss the change rules and characters of F-wave conduction velocity about ischium nerve trauma caused by injecting medicament.
