1. Objective To evaluate the effect of bilateral orchidectomy using transverse incision in front of pubic symphysis.

2. Results 24 cases testicular adnexa were made orchidectomy by operations research, and 6 cases of them were made expectant treatment because of rejecting operation.

3. Results: 28 cases testicular adnexa were made orchidectomy by operations research, and 7 cases of them were made expectant treatment because of rejecting operation.

4. Methods Among 30 cases of prostate cancer, 26 treated by bilateral orchidectomy and 20 cases were used endocrine medications.

5. Conclusion Transverse incision in front of pubic symphysis may be a preferable choice of bilateral orchidectomy.
