1. B. Head. Funduscopy should seek hemorrhages or exudates, which may suggest diabetes or hypertension. Facial, hand and ankle edema suggest preeclampsia.

2. Funduscopy of the right eye revealed an edematous optic disc and macular star. Detailed diagnostic investigations failed to demonstrate a cause.

3. If papilledema is obsered by funduscopy during somatropin treatment, treatment should be discontinued.

4. Normal retinal blood vessels and optic disc were observed under funduscopy.

5. Methods: 47 eyes of 40 cases of macular diseases diagnosed with funduscopy and FFA or ICG were re-estimated with OCT, and some cases were followed up.
