1. Results:The similarities of neurilemma and neurofibroma were that both of them were oval, well defined, hypoechoic solid tumors and the nerves connected with the masses.

2. Results On MRI, extradural arachnoid cyst was demonstrated in 4, sacral arachnoid cyst in 42, extradural arachnoid neurilemma cyst in 10 and spinal subdural arachnoid cyst in 3 cases.

4. CONCLUSION: The acellular nerve grafts possess well-conserved structure of neurilemma tube and excellent histocompatibility, and is the possible replaced material for autologous nerve graft.

5. It has been observed microscopically, With sections of peripheral nerve, that there is an epithelial neurilemma consisting of nerve-tract cells between nerve-tract and the surrounding membrane .

6. There were many photoreceptor Like structures and tiny fits similar to nerve palpate or neurilemma in the tissues of the tumor, especially many filaments and microtubules in the tumor cells.
