(1) Objective:To study the efficacy of three-channel self-sealing sclerotomy in 20G vitrectomy.

(2) Conclusion Sclerotomy was effective for drainage of the traumatic SH.

(3) Vitrectomy combined with radial equatorial sclerotomy is an effective treatment for latent suprachoroidal hemorrhage.

(4) Conclusion Combined type trabeculectomy and tunnel posterior sclerotomy can control the intraocular pressure availably, reduce complications and improve the successful rate of the first surgery.

(5) AIM: To study the effect of external route microsurgery for giant retinal tear (GRT) caused by vitreous incarceration in the inner aspect of sclerotomy sites during or after vitrectomy.

(6) To determine the expression of the growth factors and the receptors related to angiogenesis in the intraocular tissues incarcerating in the sclerotomy sites.

(7) Objective To investigate whether the failing causes of vitreous surgery were related to the vitreous incarceration of the sclerotomy sites.
