1. Mainly involved were muscles of trapezium, deltoid and brachioradialis but biceps was relatively less.

2. The nutrient vessels of brachioradialis muscle: The radial collateral artery, radial recurrent artery and direct branches of radial artery supply the blood for brachioradialis muscle.

3. Morphology, blood supplies and nerve distribution of brachioradialis were studied on 34 adult upper limb specimens.

4. The elbow capsule is incised longitudinally and elevated off the anterior aspect of the distal humerus along with the brachioradialis .

5. Result: The EMGs and motor nerve conduction velocities (MCVs) were normal at the brachioradialis and extensor carpi radialis longus in all patients.

6. The EMG results showed that there was statistically significant difference between brachioradialis and triceps brachii when the initial lifting location was changed.
