1. Such changes were not seen in the partial tenotomy group.

2. INTERVENTIONS:The patients received LSPR of L5 and S1 dorsal roots together with bilateral adductor tenotomy.

3. Subluxation or dislocation of the long head of biceps tendon and tenotomy or tenodesis is recommended.

4. At two weeks after injury, subscapular nerves in the complete tenotomy group showed gross evidence of neuronal injury.

5. Definitive treatment of iliopsoas impingement often requires surgical revision or iliopsoas tenotomy, although many cases remain undiagnosed or are managed conservatively.
