1 Objective : To study the manifestations of glioblastoma multiforme.

2 OBJECTIVE To study the anti - glioblastoma triterpenoid saponins Ardisia pusilla.

3 This glioblastoma multiforme ( GBM ) demonstrates marked cellularity with marked hyperchromatism and pleomorphism.

4 Further study show that glioblastoma cells contained a little cancer stem-like cells, which have capacity of self-renewal,[] differentiation and in vivo tumorigenecity.

5 Results: CT appearance of glioblastoma multiforme was low density image, intratumorally apoplexy was high density image.

6 Methods:We observed the microvascular ultrastructure in the glioblastoma tissue using scanning electron microscopy conventional ultrathin section and freeze fracturing replica technique.

7 We are also assessing how dysregulation of epigenetic activities contributes to malignancy in medulloblastoma and glioblastoma.

8 Conclusions: High DR expression and low DcR expression is prevalent in glioblastoma cells.

9 Objective: To study the relationship between the imaging and pathological manifestations of glioblastoma multiforme.

10 Results There were 7 cases with anaplastic astrocytoma, 3 cases with glioblastoma multiforme, 1 cases with oligodendroglioma, 1 cases with lower grade glioma.

11 The sarcomatous element is thought to arise from neoplastic transformation of vascular elements within the glioblastoma itself.
