1. "Z"-plasty; acquired stenosis of anterior naris; treatment.

3. All cases were satisfied with the outline of external nose and non - constriction of anterior naris.

4. Treating group inspired the 0 9% sodium chloride from anterior naris, and spewed it from mouth through nasal cavity and nasopharynx. The control group washed the mouth with the conventional method.

5. Result: 4 cases were cured with satisfied outline of unclear scar and non constriction of anterior naris.
