(2) An obligator of information disclosure shall guarantee that donators and the general public can consult or copy the information materials as disclosed in a quick and convenient manner.

(3) Article 5 An obligator of information disclosure shall, before March 31each year, submit to the organ in charge of registration and administration its annual work report.

(4) A foundation or representative office of an overseas foundation is an obligator of information disclosure.

(5) In double assignment the assignee who is demonstrated in the first arriving notification should be the actualassignee of obligator rights.

(6) If the mortgagee fails to notify the legal derivatives' obligator the seizure of the objects of pledge, the effects of the mortgage rights will not include the derivatives.
