1. Objective To evaluate the relationship between the different position of corneoscleral limbus incision and vision or astigmatism in cataract surgery.

2. Objective To evaluate the effect of early preserve lameller corneoscleral transplantation uniting with corneal limbal stem cell allograft treating severe ocular surface alkali burn.

3. Objective To investigate the significance of primary operation on perforating corneoscleral injury.

4. Conclusion Conjunctival autografting combined with mitomycin C in pterygium excision may decrease the recurrence of pterygium, but may lead to the complications such as corneoscleral melting.

5. Results:Sympathetic ophthalmia occurred mostly in younger persons, and the most common causes were ocular perforating injuries, especially at the corneoscleral limbus.

6. Methods The triple operation was performed on 31 cases (31 eyes) of corneal or corneoscleral penetrating injury complicated with traumatic cataract and the patients were followed up for 3-18 months.
