1. Animals were randomly allocated into 4 groups:sham-operated group, normothermia group, delayed hypothermia group and immediate hypothermia group with 7 rat each.

2. In a separate study, 77 patients in coma after resuscitation from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest were randomized to treatment with moderate hypothermia or normothermia .

3. Objective To detect the changes of plasma Lactate level in different periods during CPB in children in normothermia.

4. Methods Occlusion of the openings of main artery and side artery was performed through double-channeled air pocket tube, with normothermia , normal flowing rate and heart beating.

5. From 1991.1 to 1992.6,120 patients were equally divided into normothermia and hypothermia group.
