1. Reporting any nonconformance to senior quality auditor on time.

2. Support the Quality department in nonconformance determination.

3. The measurement of quality is the price of nonconformance, not indexes.

4. Take proper actions whenever any nonconformance was found during on site quality audit.

5. Definition of remedial action: action taken to remedy a nonconformance.

6. For the rejected material, the supplier should take back the nonconformance within 10 days. Associate with the buyer about the restock issue. Otherwise, we will handle it as the scrap.

7. Written communications relating to the nonconforming item will quote the nonconformance report number for reference purposes.

8. The proposed disposition with technical justification will be recorded in the nonconformance report and forwarded for approval by PSL QA manager or his authorized representative.
