1. Conclusion: Apoptosis exists in hair follicle cells and apocrine gland cells after Laser irradiation.

2. The sweat gland of human being consists of eccrine gland and large sweat gland( apocrine gland) which is the root of body odor.

3. Result: The apoptosis has been observed within the hair follicle cells and apocrine gland cells after irradiation.

4. Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect of subcutaneous pruning by fold incision and CO2 laser vaporization removed apocrine gland in treatment of axillary osmidrosis.

5. Material and method 80 patients were treated by the heat effect of CO 2 laser by burning axillae hair follicle and destroying apocrine gland since 1991 in our hospital.
