(1) Identification of coracoid process for infraclavicular blocks.

(2) Objective: To explore the effect of Coracoid shift in treating complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation.

(3) Methods 15 cases of ulna coracoid process fractures complicated with elbow dislocation were enrolled.

(4) Wire fixation between coracoid process and clavicle plus ligament repaired is a reliable way for acromioclavicular joint dislocation.

(6) Methods: The configuration, vessels, nerves of smaller pectoral muscle, configuration of coracoid process were observed on 30 sides of adult cadavers with red latex in artery .

(7) Objective To study the typing and treatment of ulna coracoid process fracture complicated with elbow dislocation.

(8) This report provide anatomic basis for repairing of shoulder dislocation with pectoralis minor coracoid process transposition .

(9) Method: The 8 cases of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with wire fixation between coracoid process and clavicle plus coracoclavicular and acromioclavicular ligament repaired.
