1) Identify and protect the posterior antebrachial cutaneous nerve as it leaves the posterior compartment at the lateral intermuscular septum (Fig. 1-102, B and D).

2) Conclusions:(1)Medial brachial cutaneous nerve and medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve must be found and be protected in this approach.

3) Conlusion Antebrachial interosseous dorsal artery island flap is a simple and effective method for repairing hand or elbow skin defect.

4) Objective: To improve the surgical methods of antebrachial flap with a pedicle of the posterior interosseous artery.

5) Methods Radial nerve deep branch was reconstructed by lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve with fascial pedicle.

6) Methods: The indwelling venipuncture needle which matched laser device was used to give Heliu-Neon laser blood vessel internal irradiation in median antebrachial vein or basilic vein.

7) Objective To report the clinical results of distally based lateral antebrachial neurocutaneous flap.

8) Innervation of the flap was provided chiefly by a branch of the superficial radial nerve and the lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve.
