1, Objective To analyze CT appearances of gray matter heterotopia ( GMH ).

2, Subcortical heterotopia in 7,4 cases with callosal agenesis were accompanied.

3, There is heterotopia lateral posterior aspect of the body of the lateral ventricle.

4, Results Of 34 cases , 15 were schizencephaly, 22 were gray matter heterotopia, 6 were pachygria.

5, Neuroimaging abnormalities were found in 6 cases, including atelencephalia or atrophy, gray matter heterotopia and leucomalacia.

6, Objective : To have some understanding of MRI diagnostic typing of brain gray matter heterotopia.
