(1) There are 3 species of Chiroptera and 9 Rodentia occupying 15% and 45% respectively.

(2) Anyof about 900 species ( order Chiroptera ) of the only mammals to have evolved true flight.

(3) The diversity and some biological characteristics, such as rooster and winter hibernation of Chiroptera species in this subtropical and tropical island, were also discussed.

(4) Among tham , 7 species is belonged to Rodenria, and Carnivora, Chiroptera and Insectivora only have 1 species respectively.

(5) The oldest late Homo sapiens was discovered at Huanglong Cave in Yunxi in 2004. Among the fossils of coexisting animals unearthed, those of Chiroptera were discovered for the first time in China.

(6) Annual rainfall is the determining environmental factor on Chinese Chiroptera species density distribution, and annual average temperature also has relatively significant affect.
