1. Objective:To explore a more effective treatment for suprapatellar bursitis.

2. Objective To study the effect of treatment of suprapatellar bursitis and inflama- tion of subpatellar fat pad and their correlation.

3. MethodsThe images of 36 suprapatellar bursas in 25 patients with synovium lesions were reconstructed stereoscopically by using three dimensional ultrasound imaging technique.

4. Imaging examination showed olecranal bursitis and suprapatellar bursitis, accompany enthesitis in closing site. This is the first report of PsA with olecranal and suprapatellar bursitis in China.

5. Suprapatellar bursa reconstruction and patella retinacula plastic operation is a good method to treat the post-traumatic knee ankylosis.
