1. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be "Ex Works".

2. These prices are ex Works.

3. If a shipment is dispatched "ex works", the supplier will inform us and the consignee determined by our company in good time about the dimensions and the weight of the shipment.

4. Ex works ( Ex Factory , Ex Mill , Ex plantation , Ex Warehouse.

5. The control cabinet and transformer in the same Ex Works number shall be used for matching.

6. If there is no specific delivery clause in the contract, the delivery object will be deemed to be delivered "ex works" (EXW).

7. The quotation is EX WORKS prices , blank, processing, polish, package and delivery cost, etc.

8. The prices are net, ex works, and include statutory VAT only if the same is separately shown.

9. The price is EX works CMPS Factory, and not including installation, commission and transport. It is valid from 1st August 2004.

10. This ex works pricing is the authorized dealer net price for factory direct purchases, except as indicated otherwise by BAKER for special sales promotional periods or product close outs.

11. Transportation insurance on the machine and equipment from its delivery ex works to arrival at the Site.

12. The price of the above product is quoted in terms of ex works (VAT-exclusive).

13. If no trade term is specifically agreed, the delivery shall be Ex works ( EXW ).

14. If no trade term is specifically agreed, delivery of the Plant shall be Ex works (EXW).
