1. Re-entry Visa No. date of issue, date of expiry.

2. As the date of expiry is over, the contract is invalid.

3. The date of expiry of the period of provisional registration referred to in section 29 (1) (B).

4. Detail list of fire fighting equipment with date of expiry.

5. The agreement allowed for rises of 9.5 percent between February 1990 and its date of expiry in September 1991.

6. Anniversary date means the day and month of each year which will correspond to the date of expiry of the maritime labour certificate.

7. After termination of the Policy, the premium shall be refunded to the Insured calculated on prorata daily basis for the period from the date of termination to the date of expiry.

8. Licences renewed within 15 days after the date of its expiry are to become effective from the date of expiry.

9. If a review organ fails to take a decision within the time limit, the party concerned may bring the case before the people's court within 15 days starting from the date of expiry of the review period.
