1, Objective To explore the operation effect of laparoscopic ovariotomy.

2, An osteoporosis model was established by ovariotomy. The rats were given drugs after 12 weeks. Bone mineral density (BMD), bone biomechanics and biochemical indexes were measured after 24 weeks.

3, After ovariotomy, the epithelia of the oviduct were atrophied and regressive.
