2, Here, when the relevant act of bankruptcy occurred, Mr. Dennis was a beneficial joint tenant of the two properties.

3, He had committed an act of bankruptcy and a petition had been presented.

4, The familiar Bankruptcy Act 1914 has gone, and concepts such as acts of bankruptcy, adjudication and the receiving order will disappear.

5, On 20 December a bankruptcy petition founded on that act of bankruptcy was presented.
