1. Conclusions Trajectory , Voiding cystourethrography, especially retrograde urethrography, are effective means for diagnose urethral duplication.

2. Voiding cystourethrography demonstrated a dog - ear bladder herniation into the right scrotum.

3. Conclusions: Urethroscopy is superior to cystourethrography in diagnosis of anterior urethral valve.
