2. The List of Equipment and the Bidding Documents are an integral part of the Contract and have the same legal effects as the Contract.

3. Our sales experience and list of equipment covering all major PCB assembly and test equipment.

4. Complete list of equipment and all flow charts, wiring diagrams, etc. provided.

5. The Bidder shall submit the Bid in consideration of the bid drawings and the following List of Equipment.

6. The equipment supplier shall provide all the related accessories for every piece of equipment (even though it is not listed in the List of Equipment).
