1. Eye movement revealed limitation of superior rectus, lateral rectus, and inferior oblique muscles of left eye.

2. Consider other diagnosis if there is isolated lateral rectus involvement.

3. Objective To observe the effect of Jensen procedure with microscope technology in the treatment of the lateral rectus muscle paralysis.

4. Methods:The axial lengths were measured preoperatively with A/B scan ultrasonography in 74 cases of concomitant exotropia who were undergone symmetrical bilateral lateral rectus recession.

5. Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on lateral rectus paralysis.

6. The most common injured extraocular muscles described in previous literature were inferior and superior recti, but inferior oblique and lateral rectus might also be injured.
