3. Please insert the closing balance date of the last Next Day Disclosure Return published pursuant to rule 13.25A or Monthly Return pursuant to rule 13.25B, whichever is the later.

4. Please insert the closing balance date of the last Next Day Disclosure Return published pursuant to rule 17.27A or Monthly Return pursuant to rule 17.27B, whichever is the later.

5. The closing balance date is the date of the last relevant event being disclosed.

6. Account 2099621 is used for conversion differences on net profit in the equity specification, to allow the closing balance for net profit (in equity spec) 2099699 to be converted at closing rate.

7. Evidence of maintenance must show that funds have been held for a minimum period of 28 consecutive days finishing on the date of the closing balance shown on your bank statement.
