1. A player teed his ball within the teeing ground.

2. A player may stand outside the teeing ground to play a ball within it.

3. A player playing from the teeing ground misses the ball completely.

4. Sand or other natural substance placed on the surface of the teeing ground.

5. In foursome stroke play A plays in correct order but from outside the teeing ground.

6. Under Rule 13 - 2 , it is permissible to eliminate irregularities of surface on the teeing ground.
