1. Objective: To study the treatment of prepatellar bursitis with debridement under arthroscopy.

2. The patients were followed-up for 6 months to 4 years, and there was not a single case of infection, prepatellar bursitis or early degeneration of the knee joint.

3. Medial inferior genicular artery and inferior patellar branch of the descending genicular arterial articular branch merge and accede to prepatellar ring on inferior medial to patella.

4. Of 70 cases of cysts, 40 cases are popliteal cysts, 16 cases ganglions, 10 cases cysts of menisci and 4 cases prepatellar bursitis.

5. Objective To explore the feasibility of arthroscopic therapy of prepatellar bursitis with radiofrequency.

6. Objective:To summarize clinical application of the medial sural artery pedicled muscle flap to cover soft tissue defects on the prepatellar region.
