1. The distribution pattern, damage degree, symptoms of pathogen Hypoderma desmazierii Duby were studied. The research focused on the epidemic trend of the disease on masson pine.

2. The laser beam, inserted into the hypoderma by means of the cannula, affects the adipocytes and surrounding tissues.

4. Repelling effect was studied by using pour-sprinkling preparation of eprinomectin in yaks infected with Hypoderma larvae, eprinomectin injection and not giving drug as control group.
