1. Banking day means a day on which a bank is regularly open at the place at which an act subject to these rules is to be performed.

2. Within one (1) banking day Party B shall have its Bank Officer acknowledged the contract and lodge it with him at the Bank.

3. In case the ultimate day of rejection falls on a non - banking day in Holland , the ultimate day of rejection shall be extended to the first following banking day in Holland.

4. The day of presentation may or may not be a banking day.

5. Any item or deposit of money received on any day after the cut -off hour may be treated as being received at the opening of the next banking day.

6. If Bank B receives the documents on a Monday, the first banking day will be Tuesday.
