1. We collected 31cases intracranial diseases combined with hypopsia. We prove that the hypopsia had relations with the position of the intracranial disease and the influent degree of the visual pathway.

2. Conclusion The hypopsia after cataract surgery in the senile patients aged over 60 were mainly caused by keratopathy, optic nerve atrophy and macularpathy of high myopia.

3. Methods 39 cases with intraocular lesions manifesting as hypopsia and visual field defect, underwent CT and MRI examination.

4. Objective To review the clinical data of hypopsia and blindness due to plastic and aesthtic surgery in the eyelid and periorbital region, and to summarize experiences and lessons from it.

5. Results Postoperative complications were observed in 6 cases (7.7%), including hemiplegia in 4 cases (1 case with combination of aphasia), pseudomembranous enteritis in 1 case and hypopsia in 1 case.

6. Early diagnosis and treatment are good for most patients with fundus diseases, and operations should be taken in time when having a hypopsia.
