1. Objective: Abdominal hemorrhea induced by intra-abdominal infection is a critical pathogenetic condition, which requires prompt hemostasis and drainage.

2. The main complication were hemorrhea (2 cases) and overhydration (1 case).

3. Methods Sixteen patients with acute hemorrhea of pelvic malignant tumor were underwent with selective artery embolism, whose therapeutic effect and complication were observed.
