2, Conclusions:Cystourethroscopy is a principal method to diagnose the polyps of female bladder neck, TUR is an effective therapeutic method.

3, Conclusions Cystourethroscopy with pressure flow study is a reliable diagnostic method and transurethral resection of posterior lip of bladder neck is the best therapeutic option.

4, Cystourethroscopy with urodynamic study is a reliable diagnostic method and transurethral resection of semicircle of bladder neck is a better therapeutic option.

5, Results suggested that flexible cystourethroscopy could provide a good option for urologic endoscopic procedure.

6, Conclusions:The diagnosis can be confirmed with physical examination, imaging study and cystourethroscopy.
