(1) The propositus was a healthy Han ethnic newborn female.

(2) The propositus was given the third generation retinoic acid when was diagnosed, cooperate with the oral medication.

(3) The propositus was a young man of Li ethnic group, belonging to heterozygote.

(4) It seems better to regard questions of this sort , as to the quality of residence, as primarily relevant in considering whether the propositus has the intention of permanent or indefinite residence.

(5) By PCR-SSCP analysis, 17 PCR products were identified with different mobility of single strand DNA in propositus. 9 suspectable mutations were revealed with DNA sequencing analysis.

(6) Results A 13389G deletion in exon 6 was characterized in propositus, and this mutation led to frameshift.
