1 Methods:The enchondroma was cured by curettage and feezed allogenous cancellous bone grafting.

2 Methods We operated 8 patients with enchondroma combined pathological fracture at metacarpal or phalanx, one block of ilium autografts was fixed by plate steel or Kirschmer pins.

3 Objective To observe the treatments for enchondroma combined pathological fracture at metacarpal or phalanx .

4 Objective : To evaluate the results of freezed allogenous bone grafting for the treatment of hand enchondroma.

5 Objective To compare the clinic and imaging features of simple bone cyst and solitary enchondroma.
