1 In this paper, the method for determination of pyridoxal with adsorptive voltammetry has been reported.

2 The results showed that 0.75% glucose, 0.09% pyridoxal, 1% cysteine, and 0.5% casein hydrolysate have more positive effects on the growth of L. acidophilus.
