1. Conclusion: Hyponatremia and hypochloremia are more common in neonatal asphyxia.

2. Biochemical investigations showed hyponatremia , hyperkalemia, hypochloremia, metabolic acidosis and large amount of urinary sodium excretion.

3. HIE was accompanied by electrolyte disorders including hyponatremia, hypochloremia and hypocalcemia.

4. Results The patients suffered from hyponatremia and hypochloremia accompanied by alkalemia and light hyperglycemia on admission after primary treatment before evacuation to our hospital.

5. Results (1)The results showed that patients who involved in ACVD constantly turned up hyperglycemia, hyponatremia, hypochloremia, hyperkalemia.

6. The commonest disorder was hyponatremia, followed by hypokalemia and hypochloremia, 5 patients died.
