8, Method, The clinical feature, radiological characteristics, laboratory diagnosis and treatment were reported in one case of pulmonary nocardiosis with review of related literature.

9, Linezolid could be an effective agent for the treatment of nocardiosis, whether it could reduce the treatment course need to be further studied.

10, The most precise diagnosis could be provided by bacteriology examination. Conclusion: Pulmonary nocardiosis is a rarely specific infection and the diagnosis is based on the bacteriology examination.
