1. A new method for measuring He-Ne laser power by using illuminometer is introduced in this paper.

2. In this dissertation, we research on the controlling and measuring technology of highway tunnel lighting, illuminometer, luminometer and an auto-control system were developed.

3. The equipped LC digital display reduces the power consumption of the illuminometer for long time testing in field. The battery can be exchanged easily.

4. According to the requirement of luminance measurement, the model of optical system was constructed and the optical and mechanical parts of illuminometer were designed.

5. Finally, the paper presents anti-jamming specific methods and measures of the impact of illuminometer performance.
