3 Objective:To clone and identify 4 strains reovirus isolated from the specimens of SARS patients.

14 The deduced amino acid sequence shared 33%, 30%, 3 1%and 31%identity with Grass carp reovirus 873 strain, American grass carp reovirus, threadfin reovirus and Aquareovirus A.

15 It is important for diagnosis and cure the duck for the reovirus infection.

16 Objective: To clone, sequence and analyze genome segment 1(S1) of new isolated reovirus strains.

17 So this semi-nested RT-PCR could be used for rapid detection of the muscovy duck reovirus disease.
