1. The dermatoscopy revealed dilated puncta on the papules.

2. The puncta complex appears as a dense bar dot near the juxtaluminal surface.

3. Objective To investigate the effectiveness of soluble collagen lacrimal implants and KTP_laser for lacrimal puncta occlusion.

4. Complication:During therapy, 11 eyes(17.2%)were caused astigmatism or got raising in degree, 4 eyes(6.3%)had got corneal puncta injury. They all cured with proper treatment.

5. Then a lacrimal probe was used to probe the ducts from lacrimal puncta to lower nasal cavity along its' trend.
