1. Conclusion:Cannulated screw fixation and quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft is a good method to treat neck fracture in young adults.

2. Objective:To evaluate the efficacy on transposition of pronator quadratus myoperiosteal flap for treatment of old distal radioulnar joint dislocation.

3. Objective:To explore the treatment effect of femoral neck fracture in young adults by cannulated screw fixation and quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft.

4. Method:ALD was performed in 12 patients through the space between erector spine muscles and quadratus lumborum muscles according to the anatomic relation of the thoracolumbar spine.

5. It damaged all the soft tissue arosed from fractures medially and laterally, included adductor hallucis, quadratus plantae, flexor digitorum brevis and abductor digiti minimi as well.

6. Radical resection rate is still low nowadays. The lobus quadratus resection is helpful to select the operation.

7. Results Under laparoscope lateral conal fascia continues from the fascia of quadratus lumborum at its lateral border.

8. Method:In 66 cases either transplantation of bone flap of quadratus femoris muscle or transplantation of bone flap of sartorius was performed.
