(1) Methods:Serotypes of Y. pseudotuberculosis were identified by comparing the difference of O-antigen gene clusters of experimental strains with that of standard reference strains.

(2) Objective To study the relationship of Y. pseudotuberculosis serologic type, its origin and pathogenicity.

(3) The Yersinia genus includes 11 species, of which Yersinia pestis, Yersinia enterocolitica and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis infect human beings.

(4) Yersinia pestis phage lysis test was an important method on differentiation between Yersinia pestis and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis.

(5) Results 66 Y. enterocolitica have been detected and Y. pseudotuberculosis have not been detected.

(6) The common goat skin diseases such as goat Demodicidosis, goat Sarcoptidosis, Goatpox and goat Pseudotuberculosis are seriously effected the goats raising in Guizhou.
